[EPOCHTIMES] An Arizona judge on Friday lifted a 1973 injunction placed on the state’s Pima County Superior Court Judge Kellie Johnson ruled that a judgment and injunction signed nearly 50 years ago against statute ARS 13-3603 "no longer has any prospective application" in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court ...the political football known as The Highest Court in the Land, home of penumbrae and emanations... overturning Roe v. Wade. #1 We are all going to go through these legal messes until the states, each state puts it to a vote. Right now there is hardly a politician or swamp rat that wants this. The political swamp dwellers want us to fight over it, burn the cities, so they can use it as fodder for the next election. When the state puts it to the people, instead of the state gaslighting the people, it will get resolved, on way or the other. |
