SJC of MA Makes Mail-In Voting Permanent |

[Via Universal Hub] - Here's the summary of events - mail-in voting was made permanent in Mass. on June 22, 2022, with RINO Gov. Charlie Baker signing the bill. The MA Republican Party sued the next day and today the Supreme Judicial Court told them to get bent. A 'full opinion' on this case will be released at a later date. #3 Probably not. The key to the Trump appeals is that the Constitution is explicit that the legislative branch determines the method of voting not the governors, attorney generals, or judiciary. In this case, it is the legislative branch. |
