[REGNUM] Sevastopol conscripts went to the places of military service on June 3. The ceremony was attended by a photojournalist of IA REGNUM.
The solemn ceremony of dispatch took place at the railway station of the city.
To the sounds of the march "Farewell of the Slav" 16 Sevastopol went to serve in St. Petersburg. Parents, grandparents, sisters and brothers, girls came to see them off, someone was already seen off by their spouses.
The military, social activists, and parents addressed the conscripts with parting words.
Today, another batch of recruits is leaving from Sevastopol - already to Rostov-on-Don.
Spring conscription in Sevastopol and throughout the country started on April 1. This year, about 500 young people will leave the hero city for military service.
