Leonna Hale, 26, was shot five times after she told them there was a gun in the car she was traveling in when she was pulled over on Friday

Some witnesses claimed Hale had been trying to cooperate and was unarmed before she was gunned down and arrested

Vehicle, description and license plate of the car Hale was in matched that of one used in a Kansas City, Kansas, robbery

Hale rushed to hospital after suffering serious injuries and in stable condition

Hale is said to have shouted that she was pregnant but there has been no official confirmation of such claims

Cold as it sounds, the Deputy should be required to re-certify for firearm use. Because it places others at risk when he is unable to take down a attacking target.

#1 I suspect the local culture allows pointing a gun at someone to make a point. Thing is, the people she pointed at weren't part of that culture.
