Three sheriff's deputies were wounded and a female suspect was killed

Shooting occurred Friday afternoon in Cowley County, 50 miles south of Wichita

Deputies responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle and shots were exchanged

Injured deputies being treated at Wesley Hospital in Wichita in stable condition

Identities of the female suspect and injured officers not immediately released
