#2 Allowing live rounds on the set was some serious negligence. From bits I've heard, the whole production was a low-rent, slipshod affair. I am suddenly wondering if the round fired was the only live one in the gun. Dummy rounds look just like live ones. Maybe someone grabbed a handful from the wrong box when they were setting up. |
