If they were serious they'd introduce legislation to put the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan under the toughest sanctions possible with equally tough sanctions imposed on nations or organizations engaged in circumvention. Since rejection of Afghan barbarism should be a consensus position a veto proof majority should be attainable. Plot twist: They aren't serious. |
