#17 I was under the impression Ms Hutchins was a kid, I assumed no more than 25. Halyna Hutchins was the Director of Photography (DP), the person in charge of the camera and lighting crews. The DP has nothing to do with props. The young person in question was the armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, aged 24. Her father is Thell Reed, a well-known guy in the business. The armorer, along with the prop master is responsible for any guns on set and making sure they are used safely. This was her second time out as lead armorer on a film. |

#11 I was under the impression Ms Hutchins was a kid, I assumed no more than 25. But according to the article she was 42, so there’s no excuse for her not having full control of the weapons in her charge. |

#1 No rules will matter so long as some arrogant a-hole points a gun at people and pulls the trigger. Baldwin ignored the most fundamental rules of gun safety; he was negligent at the least. He should pay the price. |
