[CNBC] In April 2020, on a Tesla earnings call, Musk lashed out at Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, government officials calling their temporary Covid-related health orders "fascist![]() " in an expletive-laced rant. In 2020, Musk personally relocated to the Austin area from Los Angeles where he had lived for two decades. |

#4 Procopius makes a good point. Tesla already owns several thousand acres at Harold Green Road and Texas State 130. This was planned as a manufacturing site. They could place an HQ there relatively easily. I'm not sure but I think this is in Travis county but outside the municipal boundary. Is this correct? |
