| #4 Procopius makes a good point. Tesla already owns several thousand acres at Harold Green Road and Texas State 130. This was planned as a manufacturing site. They could place an HQ there relatively easily. I'm not sure but I think this is in Travis county but outside the municipal boundary. Is this correct? |
