#3  Is it because the shooter(s) feel safer knowing he/she/it might be the only one in the room violating the law?

No one gives a f*ck about the law. Not even those who practice it.

#1  Cassidy's spoke with NBC Bay Area, claiming he suffered from mental health issues.

A person "claiming" to be his ex GF - told NBC Bay Area that she and Cassidy dated for six months back in 2009 after meeting on Match.com. ".

Some basic math 2021 - 2009 = 12 years ago

With Official court documents of attempted RAPE, Restraining orders due to violent behavior and etc... All dating back to <2008 or 13+ years ago.

QUESTIONS:

YET, He was still hired?

PLUS, in California a Gun BAN state, he purchased and owned a firearm?

I guess in California a violent Mentally Ill person has a right to work in Public Service positions and areas. Especially in positions that could lead to the deaths and seriously injuries of the public?

Why does it seem states that have strong ANTI-GUN laws seem have more mass shootings than right to carry states?

Is it because the shooter(s) feel safer knowing he/she/it might be the only one in the room violating the law?
