| #6 The producers "cattlemen and women" are not getting rich. Cost of grain is way up, price of gas for transportation is out of sight, grocery stores and restaurants forced to increase the price. There is also a drought going on in the southwest cattle producing areas that are forcing the utilization of hay and cake to keep the critters alive. |
