| [Right Scoop] At Tuesday’s press briefing, Jen Psaki was asked twice about Biden instituting draconian gun control (the draconian is implied) and she POINTEDLY chose not to rule out Biden just waving the magic executive action pen to bypass Congress and, oh yeah, that little old silly document weirdos are always worrying about called the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION. Check it out. It’s transparent what they’ve got planned. In the first clip, the reporter asks about timeframe for "common sense" (see? Draconian implied.) gun control going through congress. "The President [asterisk implied] is somebody throughout his career who has advocated for smart gun safety measures, he has not afraid of standing up to the NRA, he’s done it multiple times and won," she said, without committing to a timeline or even sending through congress at all. |

| #3 not really much substantively that POTUS can legally do they could begin various voluntary gun registration efforts or something like that and hope to eventually make it mandatory |

| #2 Nice insight into the liberal mind. To the left an NGO is an astroturf organization created to ram through policies. They never consider that the NRA isn't the same, but just a group that represents millions and millions of Americans (who vote). Also, there is the Constitution. I suspect Biden will try to model California's gun laws nationally as a start since they've mostly been tested by law already. Then he can move forward and make bold claims of his accomplishments. |
