Afghan Journalist Killed, 5th in 2 Months

[ToloNews] A journalist in Ghazni, Rahmatullah Nikzad, who was also head of the journalists' union in the province, was killed in an attack by gunnies this evening, the provincial police said.

Ghazni police said that the journalist was killed by unknown gunnies in front of his home.

He had worked for Al Jazeera and the News Agency that Dare Not be Named.

He is the fifth journalist killed in the last two months in the country.
