| #6 time off is not taxed but overtime is Comp time is taxed as you receive your pay for the time off, just like vacation |

| #4 They are supposedly going to get compensatory time off instead of overtime pay. This is unusual but not unprecedented. It happens a lot in the military manufacturing biz. Some people like this since time off is not taxed but overtime is. |
