| #6 ...that's what they did in Milan during the first round of the plague. Sealed families in their homes who showed signs of the disease. Milan would be an island of least effected in that run. |

| #2 They halted it by letting all of Wuhan get infected while covering up. Getting re-infected requires a new strain which would be harder to catch. |
