#8  Useful for hotel and restaurant employees that would be hit hardest by people staying home. Most "baiout" plans I am firmly against but this I could get behind.

You can't have free trade AND income and sales taxes.

#1  Payroll tax cut is perfect. Only kicks in when people are employed. No benefit to outsourcers, or offshoring, or private-equity slash 'n' burn grifters.
