#8 Useful for hotel and restaurant employees that would be hit hardest by people staying home. Most "baiout" plans I am firmly against but this I could get behind. |

#3 Remember you can think of payroll taxes as internal tariffs. So he's just made trade with fellow Americans slightly less unavoidable than trade with Chinese organisations. You can't have free trade AND income and sales taxes. |
