| #2 This is the reason the balloon fires have been negotiate out of service. Perhaps or perhaps not but it could do much more perhaps defensively. |

| #1 Acquisition, targeting and tracking, great...energy delivery, not so much. Passe' now I suppose, but when I last dabbled in the field, we paired a microwave with the laser to 'clear the air'. Made the coolest sound. Something of a corona discharge. |
