Judge Nappy: House Dems should reopen the impeachment case citing new evidence |
2020-01-07 |
Watch the latest video. [FoxNews] House Democrats should reopen the impeachment proceedings against President Trump citing new evidence, rather than continue delaying sending the articles to the GOP-controlled Senate, Judge Andrew Napolitano said Monday. "If I were a Democrat in the House, I would be moving to reopen the impeachment on the basis of newly acquired evidence, which are these new emails of people getting instructions directly from the president to hold up on the sending of the funds. That would justify holding onto the articles of impeachment, because there's new evidence and perhaps new articles," Napolitano argued on "America's Newsroom" Monday morning. The emails, released in unredacted form last week, were touted as new evidence by Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., to be used at an impeachment trial. On the other side, Napolitano said Senate Republicans should do nothing and act as if there has been no impeachment until House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., officially sends the articles to the Senate for trial. Napolitano, a Fox News senior judicial analyst, said the situation that exists now was never considered by the nation's founders when they wrote the Constitution. Eddie Munster jumping the shark. |

#9 Nappie and DeNero are fellow New Yorkers. They get along with Trump on the level that the Bonanno, Colombo, Gambino, Genovese, and Lucchese got along. |

#4 This will soon become the reason Pelosi postponed sending the articles to the Senate. |

#2 Napolitano, a Fox News senior judicial analyst, said the situation that exists now was never considered by the nation's founders when they wrote the Constitution. And that Mr. Napolitano is why they put Article V into the document. BTW, they also didn't think the Judiciary would turn itself into America's own aristocracy with a lineage based upon a few Ivy League schools for the privilege of an unassailable seat of power over the citizenry. |

#1 SS Without End. Meanwhile, the serious adults are killing terrorist capos and reshaping the Middle East. No wonder Trump's approval keeps climbing and public approval of the SS keeps falling. Morons. Pygmies. |
