| [Libya Observer] An official at the presidency of Tunisia has revealed that Tunisian President Kais Saied is to announce an initiative to settle the Libyan crisis. This coincided with a diplomatic criticism of excluding Tunisia from the Berlin Conference on Libya. Adviser to the Tunisian president, Rachida El-Niefer revealed in an interview with Tunisian state radio on Saturday, the diplomatic position of Tunisia regarding the Libyan file.
