| #2 on this one Iran has a plausible case for protecting pilgrims Arbaeen gets at least 5 times more pilgrims than the Hajj and as many as 40% of them are from Iran ISIS has tried many times to carry out a mega massacre during Arbaeen with only limited success but I'm sure they are still working 24-7 on multiple plots. |
