| Human head found in Benghazi |

| [Libya Observer] Security services in Benghazi have found a human head without a body in a building under construction in Qawarsha district, west of Benghazi, local residents said. The security services handed over the head to al-Jalaa Hospital for Surgery and Accidents to be referred to the forensics, in order to be identified. The head has started decomposing and the forensics suggested that it has been cut off ten days ago. Mysterious murders are rife in Benghazi amid unprecedented insecurity.
