Wave of Shootings in Sweden as Gangs Settle Scores

Most of the shooters and victims are unemployed young men with immigrant backgrounds, under 30 years of age, living in disadvantaged neighbourhoods and often without a high school diploma.
[AnNahar] Honour, debts, and prestige are serving as the pretext for an increasing number of deadly shootings that challenge the ideals of equality and social harmony on which modern Sweden was built.

"You strengthen your own gang by eliminating an external threat and you gain prestige," Eddy Paver, a reformed former member of a biker gang, told AFP.
Now that the conquest is pretty much complete, the question of who gets all the spoils must be resolved in the traditional manner.
Paver was long willing to pay the ultimate price in order to "belong" to a criminal gang which required absolute loyalty from its members.

#7   I know there are muslim gangs in Malmo linked to the islamic state. Like two muslim gang members went off to fight there and died. There was some news about it months back. So Malmo is one area we know the reason for. If there's a socialist govt, you can bet everything is slowly spiraling down to hell. All their problems are sure to have started right there, when the Ahmeds started coming in.

#6  It is stipulated that all firearms are to be stored/kept in an approved gun safe. It is illegal for a civilian in Sweden to carry a firearm, unless for a specific, legal purpose;such as hunting or attending shooting ranges.

Let the local LEOs and native criminals work out a system where no immigrants will be hired, gangs and activities by foreign origin criminals will be crushed, and the police will help. Police mediated and mercilessly enforced RoEs eg: protection of civilians.

A nominal, indigenous organized crime element can be quite useful, the 24/7 bleedin' heart media circus and bureaucratic buggery tying your hands. There's no stopping some trades anyway, why not make it work for you and have strict boundaries for it ? Also keep the numbers to a minimum, keep rotating the primacy to gangs over time (also encouraging new.. talent), so as to avoid a monopoly and excessive capital accumulation by any one player.

eg: Mongrel Mob, Night Wolves, Hell's Angels...
