Something strange with next Falcon Heavy Launch

@SpaceX has updated the droneship FCC filings for STP-2. OCISLY will be stationed approximately 1240km (!!) downrange from KSC. This will be *even further* than Arabsat's center core landing (which was only 967km).

The purpose of this change is not known.

#2 I was in Orlando on business when there was a Shuttle launched at O'Dark thirty. TV for the run up, then a facing window when it took off. Spectacular even from that distance.
