Nasrat Rahimi, a front man for the Ministry of Interior said Zmarai is one of the most dangerous commanders of Taliban.
Rahimi further added that the security forces arrested Zmarai from the 7th district of Kabul city on Monday.
Originally a resident of Pashtun-infested Logar, Zmarai was in orchestrating major terrorist attacks in Kabul city.
The Talibs have not commented regarding the arrested of Zmarai so far.
