#8 Protestants: Lets be kinder and sort of ignore our own rules as difficult to follow. Masses: Lets join Islam where we can be told restrictions and it seems like a real religion. Catholics: Lets do what the Protestants are doing, that looks good. |

#2 Me: So will the Pope excommunicate his accusers? Friend: He would need some "delict," some crime. I don't think there is one here. However, my experience as a Catholic is that whistle blowers get punished. As the letter shows, that happened to victims. They will almost certainly be punished somehow, but informally, and if my experience is anything to go by, dishonestly and in a cowardly way. |
