| Up to 8 tons of explosives seized in Logar province |

| [KhaamaPress] The Afghan national defense and security forces have confiscated up to eight tons of explosives during an operation in central Pashtun-infested Logar province. The National Directorate of Security ...the Afghan national intel agency... (NDS) in a statement said the explosives were confiscated during an operation of the Afghan Intelligence and Police Special Forces in Azra district. The statement further added that the operation was conducted on a hideout of the Haqqani terrorist network in the vicinity of Ragha Village. The national defense and security forces have also incarcerated Maw! They're comin' to get me, Maw! a suspected Death Eater during the operation, the National Directorate of Security added in its statement. The anti-government armed Death Eater groups including Taliban ...mindless ferocity in a turban... have not commented regarding the operation so far. Pashtun-infested Logar is among the relatively volatile provinces in central parts of Afghanistan where Taliban and hard boyz affiliated with the other groups are actively operating in some of its districts and often attempt to carry out attacks against the government and security institutions. |

| #1 Nothing good ever happens up in Logar. The sooner it transitions to an un-populated national park, the better. |
