#10 actually, California's reservoirs are already at normal or above normal levels with the exception of Oroville which is being held down because of structural concern. This is before the spring melt and despite 2017-2018 being a dry year http://cdec.water.ca.gov/reportapp/javareports?name=rescond.pdf |

#3 AND when all of this gift from God melts, the run off will go straight to the Pacific because California has no infrastructure to capture storm water and snow melt runoff. Thanks to the environazis who won't let anyone build a dam or create a reservoir. |

#2 So two of the last three winters have had mega snow packs? Could it have anything to do with the unusually low number of sun spots lately? Or just high SUV sales? |

#1 Year to date perhaps but not end of fall to date. Back in the winter of 2016-2017, there was more snow in the mountains and more rain in the foothills and valleys. for snow see https://squawalpine.com/skiing-riding/weather-conditions-webcams/squaw-valley-snowfall-tracker/?tab=ui-id-3 |
