Abdullah, Sisi: A Palestinian state should be established within 1967 borders
2019-01-14
[Ynet] Jordan’s King Abdullah and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sissi said Sunday during their meeting in Amman that the renewal of negotiations talks between Israel and the Paleostinians is of the utmost importance.
It would be, if the Palestinians were willing to negotiating a peace treaty in good faith, instead of a hudna in bad faith.
"Negotiations should be based on the two-state solution and the Arab peace initiative, aiming to reach a fair solution, which honors the Paleostinians' legal right to establish a state within the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital," the two leaders said in a statement.
Given that none of those things are going to happen, what is there to negotiate other than Palestinian surrender?
In addition, Abdullah and Sisi discussed efforts to end regional crises in Syria, Yemen
...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of. Except for a tiny handfull of Jews everthing there is very Islamic...
and Libya.
No doubt the coffee was delicious and the chairs comfortable, so the time wasn’t wholly wasted.

#7  Well, they DID have a legal right to establish a state within the 1967 borders. Back in 1967. Israel kicked its neighbor's asses and won the legal right to do whatever the fuck it pleases with the new land. So fuck you Paleos.

#6  How about you guys volunteer some territory in Jordan and Egypt to clinch the deal? Charity is painless when you pay for it with Other Peoples Moneyâ„¢.

#5  he Paleostinians' legal right to establish a state within the 1967 borders

Um, what laws might those be?

This is always funny as it assumes that nothing has happened in the last 50 years. Now what are they smokin'?

#2  since the two state solution has problems

several people have come up with alternatives one of which is the

- True State Solution which has Jordan annex most of the west bank (but not Gaza for which this solution doesn't work well)

there are also other solutions which involve Egypt
extending sovereignty over Gaza

but, of course, all depend on the Paleos to drop their aspiration of genocide
