| [Khaama (Afghanistan)] An kaboom destroyed an election campaign gathering in northeastern Takhar province of Afghanistan, leaving several people dead or maimed. The local officials confirmed that the incident has taken place in the vicinity of Rustaq district at around 2:45 pm local time. A security official said at least 12 people have been killed and more than 30 others have sustained injuries in the kaboom. |
