| No withdrawal for jihadists in northern Latakia as they fortify front-lines |

| [ALMASDARNEWS] It doesn’t look like the jihadist rebels in northern Latakia are planning on adhering to the new buffer zone agreement, as they were spotted raising new trenches near the Syrian Arab Army’s front-lines. Based on new footage obtained by the Sputnik News Agency, the jihadist rebels of the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) raised new trenches around the key town of Kabbani, which is supposed to be a part of the new buffer zone agreement that was established in Sochi on September 17th.
