| Atlas Robot - Boston Dynamics - Jumps Log, Leaps Up Steps |

| [YouTube] Atlas does parkour. The control software uses the whole body including legs, arms and torso, to marshal the energy and strength for jumping over the log and leaping up the steps without breaking its pace. (Step height 40 cm.) Atlas uses computer vision to locate itself with respect to visible markers on the approach to hit the terrain accurately. Some of the comments: WE ARE DEAD - christ thats scary - Ok, enough. Time to hit the ’abort’ button on this project. - I'm freaking out, now we cant escape. - Ну всё, нам хана! :( |

| #6 Pretty soon "Ironman" capabilities without the "man". A walking/jumping/running/swimming/flying drone capable of being hacked numbering in the 1000's. Better look for the Chinese mini-chip in the BD servers. A real life "Rock em / Sock em" robot war looms. |
