| Militants suffer casualties during clashes with the Afghan forces in Kunar |

| [Khaama (Afghanistan)] A clash took place between the Afghan forces and the anti-government armed Death Eaters in eastern Kunar province ... which is right down the road from Chitral. Kunar is Haqqani country..... of Afghanistan, leaving at least four Death Eaters dead. The 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan Military in the East said the incident took place on Saturday in the vicinity of Shegal district. The source further added that the Afghan force responded to the Death Eaters attack in Shinkorak area using heavy and light weapons. According to the Silab Corps, at least two Death Eaters were killed during the festivities and two others sustained injuries. |
