In a statement, Abdul Sattar al-Bayraqdar, Spokesperson for the High Judicial Council, said the Central Criminal Court in Baghdad "reviewed cases of three holy warriors, who confessed that they provided the holy warrior group with logistic support." One of the convicts, according to the statement, "was in charge of training holy warriors, while the other was tasked with stealing money of security personnel and handing them to the group. The third one was in charge of manufacturing the so-called booby-trapped beads." |
