#6  M.Savage had a Washington Times reporter on today and she had a novel solution: Add political beliefs to Title VII of the Civil Rights Acts.

#5  I'm not sure in the long run Apple & Co got the big victory as they may be convincing folks to sidestep the gatekeepers that we all did without once upon a time.

#4  Bullshit, this is just preaching to the converted.

Apple/Facebook/Youtube/Google wanted to stop him from reaching new people and influencing the election. He can celebrate all the hollow victories he wants, they got the real victory.

#3  Apple, Facebook, YouTube, Google.

I read the argument that these companies are private companies and people using them don't have 1st Amendment protections. But aren't these public companies? Aren't some of them like utilities where information is received and sent. Aren't many of these means of communication used for public safety communications? Did any of these social media use federal start-up money?

Aren't they regulated by anti-trust laws regarding monopolies (Sherman anti-trust laws)? These giants have tried to squeeze out all competition one way or another.

As Jones has found, that which doesn't kill him only makes him stronger. Let the market place decide what to do about him. It seems like they are reacting favorably. Moreover, if people don't want to use FB, Google, Twitter, and YouTube because of censorship, there are lesser well-known alternatives that can be used. Many are dropping the aforementioned and either not using them or going to alternatives. FB dropped $20billion in a few days because people dropped them. Warfare in the marketplace?

#1  In essence, the fascist corporate internet sites did more for fake news by banning it than protecting their nasty democrat party - which everything on the earth revolves around.

You will not remove Amendment One. I will remove You.
