Speaking to Alghad Press, the source said, “An explosive charge placed under a private went off in al-Radwaniyah district in southwestern Baghdad, leaving the car’s owner wounded.” According to the source, the injured was moved to a hospital for treatment. “Security force rushed to the blast site and opened a probe into the attack,” added the source. No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack, but the Islamic State (IS) militant group, in most cases, is responsible for attacks targeting crowded areas, including markets, cafes and mosques across Iraq.
