| Afghan Special Forces arrest ex-district chief in Farah over terror charges |

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Afghan Special Forces have tossed in the slammer... anything you say can and will be used against you, whether you say it or not... the former district administrative chief of Purchaman in western Farah province of Afghanistan. The Ministry of Defense of Afghanistan in a statement said the ex-district chief of Purchaman Mohammad Daud Mubariz was arrested during an operation by the Special Forces. The statement further added that Mubariz was held into the custody based on detective and intelligence tip off for his alleged involvemment in terrorist related activities. According to the Ministry of Defense, Mubariz was arrested along with his ten comrades, including Momin Shah, Delawar, Abdulhai, Sher Ahmad, Abdul Batin, Wali Mohammad, Sharif Ahmad, sadruddin, Shah Mohammad, and Abdul Hakim. The statement by the Ministry of Defense also added that the ex-district chief and his comrades were involved in terrorist related activities. |
