.According to pro-opposition activists, the Islamic State began their massive assault by targeting Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham’s positions around the town of Baliyoun, which is just south of Ariha.
The pro-opposition activists added that the Islamic State took full control of Baliyoun after killing more than ten Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham fighters inside and outside this small Idlib Governorate town.
