IRGC uses US-made aircraft to travel to Syria for short period of time |

[ALMASDARNEWS] Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Qeshm Airlines flew from Tehran to Damascus, tonight, Yoruk Isik of the Bosphorous Observer news hound. According to Isik, the IRGC aircraft flew from Tehran’s Imam Khomeini International Airport to the Damascus International Airport, tonight, before flying back to the Iranian capital. Isik added that the Boeing 747 aircraft used by the IRGC was recently acquired from Afghanistan via an Armenian intermediary. Despite acquiring this 747, Boeing refused to sell the Iranian government their jets after the U.S. imposed sanctions against the Persian Gulf nation. |
