| Anbar (IraqiNews.com) Four civilians were maimed in a blast caused by a bomb from the remnants of war against Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. "A bomb from the remnants of war against Islamic State went off as some civilians were passing by al-Majmaa region, in central Rawa town, west of Anbar, leaving four civilians profoundly maimed," the source told BasNews. "They were transferred to hospital for treatment." Security troops, according to the source, who preferred anonymity, "headed to the accident spot and combed the area fearing other blasts that could target more civilians." The source added that "war remnants are still in some regions of Anbar due to the difficulty of locating them at the residential areas and main streets as well as desert and agricultural areas." A total of 68 Iraqis were killed and another 122 injured in acts of terrorism, violence and armed conflict in Iraq in April, according to casualty figures recorded by the United Nations ...an organization originally established to war on dictatorships which was promptly infiltrated by dictatorships and is now held in thrall to dictatorships...
