To be fair, it's probably somewhat easier in Athens, Ohio, a liberal small town that is home to Ohio University, the premier party school of the Ohio state college system --and not much else.

Though clever, George Carlin was no statistician. Because of the bell curve distribution, half the population are of average intelligence (IQ 90-110), a quarter are below, and the remaining quarter are above. And wisdom is unconnected to processing power.
