| Kidnappers release Saudi national Ali al-Basharawi held in Lebanon | |

| [ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Saudi Press Agency representative Jamal al-Saheli said that a kidnapped Saudi national held in Leb has been released. Ali al-Basharawi was handed over to the Lebanese army intelligence after two cars brought him to al-Sayyid Ali deserted area. The Saudi Embassy in Leb has been working with security authorities at the highest level to release the kidnapped citizen. The kidnapped Saudi citizen originally hails from Dammam in the Eastern Province of Soddy Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. A Lebanese security source said that his wife contacted the security forces last Thursday and reported the disappearance of her husband. Lebanese media sources said that the family of the Saudi national received a call demanding $1 mln to release him.
