| #1 Part of it is the length even sole source contracts have got to go through. The withholding of info concerning their own breach would constitute 'bad faith' on the company's part in the contract process and be a basis for termination. From that point on, its the IRS as literally an 'independent' agency. They need to find 'independent' funding, but of course, Congress is just a useless ritual ceremonial process to keep the serfs mollified. |
