Krauthammer Makes The Case For A ‘Preemptive Strike' Against North Korea [VIDEO] |
2017-04-29 |
[Daily Caller] Charles Krauthammer said during a panel discussion on Fox News Monday that the proper course of action for dealing with North Korea could involve a "preemptive strike" launched by the United States. "I think that if we come to the final point, where they have a nuke on top of an ICBM, I think, yes a preemptive strike." "That’s a policy that means, if the Chinese have to calculate, it could be a bluff," Krauthammer conceded. "But the Chinese and the North Koreans are going to have to calculate that that is a plausible threat." Krauthammer further argued that the threat of a preemptive strike could convince China into "imposing a freeze on the program." "It could be that they won’t be able to get them to dismantle it, but a freeze might be acceptable as a minimum." |

#6 Removing Pudgy will not resolve the problem, he is not the only leader, just the visible one. Need to remove the entire leadership. Pretty sure South Korea and USA, among others, know who they are. |

#5 I dunno. I think there's quite a bit of entertainment value left in those missile fizzles. |

#4 The deification of Pudgy must be kind of like Japanese Shintoism during WWII and the deification of the emperor. If Pudgy were removed, it would seem the leadership of the Norks would fall apart--maybe naïveté on my part. |

#3 He could expire from say AIDS. That would de-deify him pretty quick in NKor. |

#2 He is deified by a rather large cadre of 1M citizens. Just removing him won't end the movement, it will only make for retaliatory violence. |

#1 Pudgy, the psycho, is the biggest problem (no pun intended). There ought to be a way to surgically remove him from his inherited lifetime office. |
