| #1 It's a techno-cool idea. Only a rail car or deepwater vessel could transport the operational infrastructure. It can launch the projectile but how good is the targeting? Especially from a rolling ship? Is there a CONOPS that identifies a niche not served by missiles? Perhaps as an orbital launch platform? |
