Kentucky police department forced to remove 'Blue Lives Matter' decals with The Punisher skull design from patrol cars after public outcry
2017-02-26
  • Catlettsburg Police Chief Cameron Logan helped create the decals in December
  • He said it was a way to 'give back to the officers', and added he wasn't racist
  • Logan also said the design was approved by the city council and the mayor
  • While many locals were supportive of the decals, others said the message was dismissive to the Black Lives Matter movement
  • Others asked how much it cost, and questioned the use of The Punisher skull
  • The Marvel comic character is a vigilante who fights crime through brutal means like torture, murder and extortion

#3  Skulls on police cars. What a fantastic idea. Fire the lot of them.
