They were travelling on four cycle of violences from Farooqabad to Sheikhupura and thence to Lahore. When the CTD team tried to stop the suspects at the Sheikhupura crossing, they fled to a cattle market on the bypass and started firing on the chasing police team from there. An exchange of fire took place in which four suspects were killed, while three others managed to escape, the CTD front man claimed. |
