| Like many, to include the Obama regime, it appears the Russians thought HRC had it in the bag. The Russian 'long game' was to "undermine her future presidency." It would seem counterintuitive that the Russians would back a loser. Excerpt from page 7: Moscow’s approach evolved over the course of the campaign based on Russia’s understanding of the electoral prospects of the two main candidates. When it appeared to Moscow that Secretary Clinton was likely to win the election, the Russian influence campaign began to focus more on undermining her future presidency. |

| #4 Basically the entire thing was someone's opinion. No sources, not even a reference to a confidential informant somewhere or a counter hack. Just opinion based on feelings. If this is the utter rubbish they spew out, no wonder Trump has no interest in daily briefings from them. |

| #1 Don't know if it is true*, but it's a brilliant propaganda ploy - it has something for everyone. a) It supports the view (which they'd held anyway) that Trump's election is illegitimate for anti-Trumpers. b) It gets "intelligence community" of the hook for (manifestly) false earlier statements they've made on behalf of their political masters. c) It even appeals to Trump voters - the Russkies are too stupid to understand us. *If it's true, we'll hear something about purges among FSB USA analysts. |
