The government says the 24-year-old Hamdan wanted to join Hizbullah ... Party of God, a Leb militia inspired, founded, funded and directed by Iran. Hizbullah refers to itself as The Resistanceand purports to defend Leb against Israel, with whom it has started and lost one disastrous war to date, though it did claim victory... that is classified by the U.S. as a terrorist organization. He was tossed in the calaboose Drop the rosco, Muggsy, or you're one with the ages! in 2014 prior to boarding a flight at Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Hamdan is a native of Leb. He says he won't oppose an effort to deport him there after his prison sentence. Once he gets there he's free to join Hezbollah. | |
