| Sudanese doctors arrive in Misrata to treat injured in Sirte campaign |

| [Libya Herald] A Sudanese medical team arrived yesterday, Sunday, in Misrata to help treat the large number of fighters maimed in Sirte in the battle against the so-called Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... (IS). Although the Misratan-led forces involved in the Bunyan Marsous operation to recapture Sirte have made major advances in the past week against IS, the number of casualties being taken remains extremely high. The same day the Sudanese doctors arrived, Misrata canal Hospital announced that anther nine soldiers have been killed in fighting during the day and a further 47 maimed. |
