| [ENGLISH.ALMANAR.LB] The Syrian army controlled the oil and power facilities in Tabaqa city in the western countryside of Raqqa province. The Syrian army had regained controlled over Rasafa-Tabaqa road in Raqqa western countryside, defeating ISIS terrorists. ISIS was also struck in Aleppo northern countryside, after the so-called "Syria Democratic Troops" besieged Manbej city completely. They make up the main element of the Islamic Front but they don't profess adoration of al-Qaeda and they've been fighting (mainly for survival) against the Islamic State.
